Masseur (Jessie) is rude and talkative. Unable to relax during my massage due to her incessant talking and sarcasm with other customers. Very unprofessional.

First time try their massage here. Place is nice and relaxing. The masseuse is pretty skilled and good strength too

I had been to Jas indulge since 7 yrs ago. I had severe knee pain. Massage by one of the staff helped ease the pain Though I stay in the eastern part of Spore I made an effort to travel there for a massage frequently.

I've tried a number of massage and I would say this is the worst ever. Went for 90 mins massage and 80% of the time I'm suffering. Told the lady it's painful yet she continue her style. No sequencing. And the last part she would just used her oily hands to massage your face and hair creating a mess. $100 for 90mins. You can definitely walk into any other massage parlour and I'm sure you won't get anything worse than this.

Always love coming here for massage, helps me relax and the masseur are all very friendly and professional! Have become a Medi pedi customer too even though I'm a male as the first time I tried their service, they managed to remove so much of my dead skin, my nails looks more hygienic after the service.

Happened to walk in for a massage by Jessie and boy, that hour of massage did wonders to alleviate the aches and pain of my sore feet! Managed to chat with Jessie and found out that she had been providing massage services for many years. No wonder she is able to effectively soothe my aching feet! Will definitely come back for another massage, and hopefully she is able to take in my booking! I realised that she is very highly sought-after by her customers!! Fingers crossed!!

Do a gel nail for almost $200 and only last for 2days. Thoughout the nail session, the artist talk non stop in Vietnamese language. Really annoying when you think you can rest a little.

Worst place to get the wax done, never never try. They r much more costly ($20 more) than the best place for wax in Singapore, Strip. Irony was owner told full arms doesn't include even a tiny strand of hair on the hand(Charging $10 for just small finger). I can't go to remove small hair on hand elsewhere after first treatment here and the staff wasn't experienced she pulled very hard and skin broke. Unprofessional and rude. The menu shown when entering the shop doesn't display this explicitly. Your reply is completely wrong, i was never ever angry i never requested anything second time , nobody would be mad to get themselves hurt, it was right after the first time your staff hurt me instantly she did , without even apologizing customer of what has happened, and i asked her to go slow if she is not experienced. She has no experience in waxing. I pay only 25$ and it includes fingers too and you are charging 45$ for such a bad experience and also for your information nothing was explained before the start of the treatment, staff doesn't speak english properly and are unable to communicate and or are taught to have some basic courtesy towards the customer. Do stop lying on the reviews, Its a true experience and review for the services offered so live with it, be it nice or not nice. You should improve and you should have courtesy on apologizing at-least. Your attitude towards customer is not acceptable.
