The staff here have a lot more to learn as service staff in the service industry. The customer's experience starts from the moment she steps into the salon. When you treat her without respect, you do not expect her to top up for additional services even if she is able to afford it. Just because my wife purchased your services at a promo price, does not mean that you can be rude. Having been to other salons, Pixie Nail Spa @ West Coast Plaza is by far the WORST!!! Please avoid this place at all cost because your money will be more well-spent at others. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. No wonder they do not have a dedicated FB page for reviews.

Do you like to be treated differently just because you are manicurists? Have you never used a discount or bought things on sales? If no, then maybe you should start reflecting on how you treat others because like you, our money is also hard-earned and even if we have the spending power, we will NOT want to use it on a shop with service attitude like yours.

The previous few customers must have been very 'lucky' because my sister had a VERY BAD experience with the staff. Super rude, unprofessional and just wanted to upsell you with packages. Your money is better spent at other nail saloons. Please do not come to Pixie Nails @ West Coast ever

Level of service is first determined by whether you are a 3rd party coupon holder or a full-price paying customer. Once you indicate that your service has been prepaid, the staff's tone become curt. While it is perfectly alright to highlight the terms and conditions of the voucher, statements such as 'this is only for 1st time customers' with an absolutely impatient face is NOT ok. When asked of they could help check if I've been there before, they replied that it cannot be done until the day of my appointment. When I called another outlet to check if my records are in their database, they were able to get back to me within 10 mins. This was the level of 'service' to be expected even though the shop was absolutely empty on a weekend. The only saving grace was the mani n pedi because it was the only opportunity to upsell you into topping up for additional services or packages. While getting you to part with more money is perfectly understandable, no one in the right mind will sign up for these additional services after an absolutely DISAPPOINTING, DISCRIMINATING and HUMILIATING experience.

Only wanted to do pedicure while waiting for my hubby to finish his massage, end up got persuaded to do manicure as well, super hard sales, saw a little kid there so I felt maybe their sales not too ideal so I gave in to do manicure as well. Could feel lack of services, for the massage they will just on the massage chair for you to seat on while they paint your nails. After a week plus, my toes nails grew and it’s hurting me very badly when I walk. Suspect that they didn’t did a good job in the trimming, now it’s growing in the direction that it hurts ? will not recommend anyone to go there. Should have at least read the review before going. Sigh

Truly amazing service by Fanny & Qian Qian! I came intending to have a pedicure as my hands are more sensitive having recovered from eczema. But Fanny and Qian Qian affirmed me that they would take extra care of my hands if I did a mani, and they really did. Wanted to also explore nail art and I showed them a picture from Pinterest - they exceeded my expectations and created nail art that is even better than the picture! Was so impressed and blown away that I decided to sign on a package with them. - Update on 2nd visit in Nov- Fanny was still amazing with her nail art and being careful to avoid irritating the sensitive skin areas on my hands. However, I was rather surprised that on my 2nd visit after signing up a package with them previously, they continued to try upselling add-on credits and treatments. Didn’t take them up due to budget.
