It was such a pleasure working through with Jasmine to go through the StrengthsFinder 34 report. I loved the way she brings you through it -- patiently getting you to see for yourself, realise and work through your own strengths, as well as seeing how the "lesser strengths" can be balanced out by the top strengths, practical tips of how to do those situationally, personalising it all, was really helpful, empowering and lovely! Reflective session balanced out with practical tips of how to spot these strengths when they shine through; noticing when they get imbalanced and become obstacles, putting these strengths in a clearer picture of how they can help you achieve your goals. Overall a lovely and empowering experience! Much more clarity, light and work-in-progress after it :)

Jasmine’s passion of helping those in leadership roles is undeniable. With a successful career herself dealing with HNW clients and leaders, she is able to relate to real life challenges as opposed to being purely academic. She is also a qualified coach, having been certified by Gallup and also a member of ICF. Our sessions were focused on how I can customise an individual development plan for a few of my team members whom I feel have high potential but punching below their weight class. She also helped me to look at performance in a holistic manner rather than just career. We also spoke a lot about the diversity in Strengths across my team and how I could best view the world from the eyes of my staff in a scientific manner. This has helped me to understand my team in a deeper way and thus helped me to adapt my communication to their specific styles.

Jasmine is a great coach who helped me better understand and analyze my Clifton strengths report. I really enjoyed our session and learned a lot about how to apply the learnings to both my professional and private life.
