★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad after sale service. The salesperson who is named Alice kept on calling us before we go down pay deposit. After all the stuffs had been delivered want to check her something... totally disappeared and no reply at all!

Though there was an unpleasant experience with the delivery process, we are glad that they have made the efforts to resolve the issue quickly. They take customers' feedback seriously & this gives us the assurance that they are keen to provide good service to their customers. It has rebuilt our confidence to transact with them again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there are 0 stars for the customer service, i will give that! The staff there has no communication whatsoever. With the purchase of sofa, they even dont know what are in stock and what are not. Also during the delivery, upon telling them 5-6 times to deliver on a particular time, they can't get this straight. Unfortunatly, the good quality products of Jasper are being dimmed by the staff. I wont visit Jasper again. My first negative review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the leather yellow sofa I bought . However am very disappointed.
It was delivered last Friday, the top part of sofa was crushed. The delivery guy said it was due to the packing. That after 2 days the sofa crumbled area would be fine. Irresponsible packers.
Checked with the Supplier Jasper Home. Was told it was due to delivery in truck. That I could use hair dryer to get rid of crumbled area. No difference.
Also asked Jasper Home what type of material is used under the sofa. They are not sure. I asked them
to check with the factory. Instead I was told to check with Seller for Jasper Home is only the Supplier. Is it not better to check with the supplier directly as the Seller (sales girl) wont know & have to check with Supplier?
