1	1748 Hahaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As they are aware, most customers are unhappy with their strict latecoming policy. They do not accept you even if you are late for 5 minutes. They have the right to implement a strict latecoming policy, then customers have the right to leave a negative review. Contrary to the owner’s response below that they extend a 5 minute grace to latecomers, they only do that for regulars and not new riders, which is really weird. Potential customers should also know that their place is not really accessible or near to the MRT and you have to find parking or grab when you go there.

I requested for an refund for the remaining one lesson , still want me to send email and said it’s subjected to management approval. What ! The first experience was so bad and will expect me to go back ? And don’t want to refund me the remaining one class ? Rigid and inflexible . Will not recommend .
Y	Yvette Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not having a great experience. Bought trial class with 2 sessions and can't even finish it due to lack of classes, and constantly cancelled classes from Sync cycle. Extended twice due to me reaching out about hard-to-book-classes and constant cancellations because classes are just not met with minimum participants. Initially met with helpful extensions and replies, after 2 weeks of extensions - there were just no replies and the whole thing is just gone. NOT recommended due to so many last minute class cancellations on top of hard to book sessions and ultimately unresolved issues. Feels like a scam.

I reached 20 minutes earlier, and the receptionist asked me to wait outside because the previous class haven't end, and they didn't want two different groups to interact. Then I entered the studio telling the receptionist this is my first time, so she helped me to set up the bike. Instructor Gloria is so kind and motivating. She is energetic and pushing our limits to do more. I love the class. I wanted to find out more about sync cycle after my class. That’s why I am here at Google review. I am shocked to see some of the bad experiences other Classpass users faced. To be fair, I just want to share my wonderful experiences with sync cycle as well.
S	Samson Aow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the trial pass (2 classes) 1st class: Experience was really bad. Went to the class at least 20-30 mins early as I am a new comer. Was hoping to have someone to assist me to set up my bike, but nobody bothers. I spent 90% of my time hunching down, cause the bike was too short. It was really uncomfortable. 2nd class: So I followed the email instructions to come in early (10mins). But was not able to enter the place because the previous class have not end yet. Lols, then it’s poor scheduling of class timing on the studio. However this time the receptionist did came in to assist me in setting up my bike. The experience is much better. Instructor Wai is also quite good. Overall: Don’t really enjoyed my trial classes there. For the price that you are paying, you can explore other studios with better customer service and riding experiences.
J	Jasmine Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt this is a scam with classpass. Bad experience. I have arrived sync cycle @ 10.42am as I thought it was 10.45am class. And despite I am standing at the studio just as the class started and I wanted to get in class. I’ve been told the counter receptionist that she has already click my status as “no show” and I will be charged by class pass for $27 for not being able to attend the class despite wasting my time at the studio and refused my entry instead of letting me in. It’s indeed bad experience with classpass just because I am under classpass so I have been penalized and unable to get into the studio. I have already heard so much bad review for classpass everysince I was on trial with classpass. If this is the kind of service. I would rather not be on classpass.
