โ โ โ โ โ I changed money to uk pounds in September 2021 at JC. I was given old 5 pound notes that had gone out of circulation and i had to change these notes in a bank in uk. I was also given 20 pound notes that were rejected by some shops in uk as they were about to come out of circulation. I also happened to change money at Bishan J8 and there they gave ne all new 20 pound notes. So you know where to go.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service and compliance. First they requested for WP verification, followed by recipient ID. All information provided but they needed more. Second request for recipientโs bank info, provided as well and now asking for birth certificate, driver license and passbook. Terrible compliance sop which delayed the remit for over 1 week and still not settled! At your own cost to use them.

โ โ โ โ โ This is very bad experince at punggol waterway points counter ladies staff .Before i go down , i still give them a call confirm able to do money changes .the ladies staff was answer say yes .and today rates is 3.19.
Then,next day which is today i purposely go down end up i believe is same ladies .she say only can fo banking transfer .i ask her back.i got called yesterday some one was telling me cam change money .
After she just continued watch her mobile without answer me. So bad attitued .i ask her back .did u listed what i am say ? She also dont answering and ignore me.
I should gave v bad feedback and attitued staff like that.

โ โ โ โ โ Today 12/05 at add 11:30, I went to change money because I want to transfer emergency fund to my family.I asked the staff lady a question and she just totally ignored me, didnโt make eye contact with me, Iโve been there a few times, overall was good until today, this incident happen which makes me question the staffโs working attitude. This is the 2nd time I saw her, the first time was still acceptable, but this time is not acceptable at all. Before this lady staff was a guy, which have a really good working attitude. I hope you guys will do something about it especially working attitude. Thank you
