★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been constantly eating their chicken ramen and chicken udon and its really value for money. However, 1 star was deduced due to tge inability to upsize the portion and the very poor quality of the beef (very chewy).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having problem to make payment thru wok hey website and was dragged for a week after reporting to their FB customer service. Even the delivery platforms were closed due to overwhelmed orders. The technical support team still did nothing since reported. Kind and helpful customer service officer, Jasmine Cheonh extended her value added service to reached out the outlet and manage to make the order. Very much delighted by the gesture. Do keep up the good service and pls get the technical to fix the payment problem. The 5 stars is for FB customer service team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked via their website for the 1st time without realising that it was the self-pickup option. Made the payment and closed the site. Their customer service on the chat service was quick and efficient. Event the staff at the specific outlet I've ordered from was super kind to arrange for me the delivery as I'm unable to collect the item. Kudos to the staff of Wok Hey for being super efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via their website to get a extra topping for free for each item. website hanged on the first attempt but second time it was ok.
Waited 10 mins for the food as we ordered at 8pm where there are less people.
The fried rice tastes great and ramen too. Tasty and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order for pickup via wok hey app. Estimated time was supposed to be 30 to 40 mins. Arrived 30 min later and checked but was informed required another 1hour..decided to cancel the order and proceed home. Upon arriving home, branch call and informed will be ready in 10 min.. Managed to chat with cm service to request for refund and cancel. But cm service was fast enough to provide resolution for the delay. Provided delivery service. Was quite irritated by the delay but Thumbs up for providing a quick and efficient resolution. However food is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the chicken fried rice the most, very fluffy rice and tasty. Love that I can customise with different add-ons. Today got my order with missing broccoli, I messaged them on FB and the CS service was exceptionally good, way out of my expectations. Kudos for the good food & service! Hope no more missing add-ons next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Egg fried rice with buttered scallops but what i received deserves 0 star. Scallops look uncooked and bland. Egg fried rice is totally bland. I have patronise wok hey for many years and this is by far the WORST.
Tze char and homecooked egg fried rice legit tastes better than this time round. Immensely disappointed in the inconsistent food quality. Will reconsider wok hey again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4th Wok Hey outlet visited, this is the first one where I used the self service kiosk beside the store to order. The machine was easy to use and efficient, had no problems. Received my order in 5 mins! Fast service ?? Egg fried rice with chicken was delicious and affordable. ?
