★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not pleasant experience overall. Very poor and non consistent communications, resulting in confusion and I was even mistaken as if I was the one making it up.
Staff at front desk can be quite rude/ not respectful, and unempathetic. Do call back to follow up even if they promised to call you. They never do! (Happened 3 times for me over a span of 6weeks. Didn’t call back at all even though i was calling to ask anxiously about skin itchiness after their prescription!)
