Would like to give compliments to Elva, Li bin and Gin for their services. They would take care of my skin concerns and help to improve my skin condition. Elva is my go to for a number of years when I have breakouts and i would feel alot more relieved after my facial sessions/treatments.

I did my hair under the $68 Cut + Scalp Care + Dye promotion. Needed to top up $10 for long hair, so it came up to $78. Granted, I was using a promotion so I can't expect top notch service. The service was barely passable - I had one stylist cut my hair, and another stylist did the dye, then the first person came back to complete the cut. The first stylist cut my hair as the first step, before the dye. She didn't even put the cover cloth properly so when she started cutting, the hair got all over my dress. I had to spend 10mins picking out all the pieces of hair off my dress afterwards. On to the second stylist who did the dye. While applying the dye, some of it got onto the back of my neck and I requested for it to be wiped off as I could feel the burn creeping in and it was slightly above bearable level. The stylist who did the dye showed no urgency to get a wet cloth to wipe off the dye - not asking them to sprint off to get the wet cloth, but at least pretend to have some urgency when the customer is telling you that the burn is uncomfortable. She did walk leisurely to the towel rack, wet the towel and came back reluctantly. When it was all done, my hair looked so average I didn't even feel like looking in the hand held mirror to see the stylist's work. When it came to payment, the first stylist came back to pitch a package to "lock in" the promotional price of $78. The work was bad and I obviously gave her a point blank no. Her response, I quote, was “那我就不要浪费时间”, i.e. "In that case I shall not waste my time". I paid and got a receipt and left - there won't be a next time. I think letting you do my hair was the biggest waste of my time.

Hair Stylist Andy Ong did a great job . Coupled with his sense of humor, I thoroughly enjoyed the recent visit to the saloon. His colleague Jasmine also was friendly and efficient as she attends to my Dad as well. Great team I must say!

Did classic gel mani and pedi (normal nail polish) a couple of times here. The staff at this outlet are quite efficient and skillful in general, and less hardsell compared to other outlets (I signed up a package at the City Hall outlet). The color collection is quite good, happy with the outcome! However, the environment, cleanliness and service was average.

I visit Jean Yip Beauty at PS regularly. The staff are friendly and attentive to customer’s needs. My beautician Isabelle is very professional. She tailors the session according to my skin needs. Cherissa is very pleasant and approachable. She advices the packages to take up based on skin conditions. Other consultants like Libin and Alice are also very attentive as well. Thumbs up beauty team at PS. Always a pleasant experience.

Just had my facial done at Plaza Singapore earlier today,and treated by beautician Isabelle.she very amiable and professional at the same time.
