2nd time doing my eyelashes at milly’s, service was good and the place was very clean. My beautician Jacqueline was polite as well and explained to me the different types of lashes I can choose from. Only issue was that there were no English songs played, only Chinese. Overall good service, will patronise again.

Staff who did my lash was alright. However, they were not attentive to their customers. Felt a burning sensation in my eyes and it took quite a while before the therapist gave me any attention. No instructions about the next steps were gi en as well.. For example, "We're done and we just need to dry the lashes for 5 mins and I'll be back". I got an eye infection from the visit and have to spend another $40 to see the doctor. When I went back, they said it's probably allergy reaction to the glue. Actually asked how I could clean the lashes cause of the gel cream given by the doctor. And they said have to buy the lash brush for $8 Quality of eyelash and glue is bad. Eyelash is quite hard and all of them fell off in less than a week. I have previously done my eyelashes at another outlet at Milly's and it doesn't last as well. Too bad I have a package with them. Have done my lashes at other shops and the results are much cleaner, more natural and nicer. Overall, a terrible experience and will not be back.

Did my eyelash extensions for the first time at Milly's and I must say I am impressed with the service. Staff, You You, was efficient and did my lashes perfectly well in around an hour. I was completely relaxed the whole time, and fell asleep while she did my extensions.

While the service was fifteen minutes late, the beautician Ivy was very accommodating and good at recommending which lash type I should get. She was also gentle the whole session. However, the orderliness and preparedness can be improved. She was also quite pushy with the package. The finished product was great though.

One of the staff, Minnie helped me with my eyelash extension on 22 April. She patiently advised me on the different types of lashes (length, thickness etc.) as I am pretty new to eyelash extension. During the 1hr plus duration, she was very gentle as well and I didn't felt any discomfort as well. Definitely worth a visit again! And i really love how natural looking it is. ???

Can’t justify the price spent. Luckily it wasn’t full price, if not that would’ve been worst. This isn’t my first time doing eyelash extensions, but it’s my first time at Milly’s. So far, within the first 24 hours, I have seen 3 strands of eyelash extension fall off. Personal preference but I can’t seem to bring myself to like the lashes, it’s a little to heavy for my eyes. Lastly, no spoolie is provided post service.

Went for a lash extension - Type Y over the weekend and the experience was good. the environment was clean and comfortable, and the lashes are v soft and natural. The type Y lashes gave my eyes an eyeliner effect and looks good on my very sparse lashes. Jacqueline was my consultant and she was very professional. she was very gentle on me, until that i fell asleep during the session. She also given a card to come back for touch up within a week and a brush for after card.

Been doing my lashes for years at Milly's and my lash tech is Kelly. Can't go wrong with her. Her skills are amazing! She's gentle and diligent. Always making my eyes look so good with either a new set or a top up. She is the best!!
