Christine very good !My consultant is branch Manager Christine , she was very kind and polite person , n friendly staff ? she is thoughtful about my scalp problem , i been here 15 years at yun nam hair care . Hair result is better than last time,n good service from yun nam hair care staff .although my hair is growth a bit , but Christine always help me to have a hair cut when I came for treatment. I like her so much keep it up Christine and ps team !!

Went for their $28 promo for scalp treatment. I would not recommend going for this. The smell of the treatment is a horrible herbal smell (I expected it to smell herbal of course, but didn’t expect it to smell this bad) that sticks to your scalp for ages. I have tried washing it off and the smell is still stuck after six washes. I want to vomit every time I smell my own hair. I have to bun it up — which is ironic considering how the treatment is supposed to help the scalp but i’m stressing my scalp more by having to tie up my hair since the smell is unbearable to me. At the start of the session I was brought into the consultant room, and the consultant scanned my scalp and gave her advice on what I should do. During the session I had to wait super long in between each step. The entire session (including their hard selling at the end) lasted about nearly 2.5 hours. Kind of a waste of time considering I hated the smell and outcome at the end. After the session the same consultant brought me back to the room, wanted to sell me a package for $1600 for ten sessions. I said no. She then suggested lower amounts for a lesser number of sessions. Then she said “I’m sure you can afford this” (the final amount she tried the package for). Hello, this kind of behaviour and tactic of guilt tripping people is disgusting. Eventually I told her no and her tone seemed to change and she seemed very displeased in my opinion. I would rather go to another salon than go to this place. Overall: hard selling tactics, guilt tripping. I would not recommend this place at all. The treatment smells disgusting. This $28 promo is not worth in my opinion. In case the manager of their google reviews responds and say they want me to email them / give them my name so they can get their customer relations people to give me a response or follow up with this — the answer is no, and I want nothing to do with this place

I used to have issues with hair fall and scalp inflammation but thanks to Janice and her solutions, all that has been cured. She has a friendly disposition with utmost professionalism, can-do attitude and high levels of politeness without being hard sell. I have been visiting this outlet for at least 4 years and will continue to do so for maintenance. If anyone is thinking of fixing their hair and scalp, I highly recommend asking for Janice when you visit this outlet, you won't regret it!

The service by Amy of Yun Nam Hair Care Plaza Singapura is great and marvelous. She is professional and willing to go extra mile. Amy has worked in the management post previously so she is organized in her work especially dealing with a complicated treatment that involves bulk of. She is able to get what needed by you tabulated in a readable ways. This helps customer to gain trust and felt relief for customer to follow up her treatment. She was in Australia for a while and her oversea experiences had nurture her to be a very service oriented person.
