She is an awesome gynae with a warm and caring personality, which is also reflected in the ambiance of her clinic - it’s well lit, warm and uplifting. When my EDD approached and we discussed our birth plans, she was patient, accepting and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each birthing methods.
On the birthing day, she went the extra mile to help request for a single room for us when we were told that the rooms were full. We bumped into a small complication and had to resort to an emergency c-sect. An action which was well explained and presented to me and my husband based on my situation at that time.
I am pleased that the surgical stitches were neatly done with barely any scars visible. Recoveries were quick and i’m often complimented for how neat and small my surgical wound looks.
We are extremely happy with Dr. Chen and would highly recommend her to anyone :)
