The nasi lemak set with XL chicken cutlet is yummy. Chicken is crispy and the sambal chilli is quite good.ikan bilis and peanuts are crunchy

Another hidden gem discovered! The only place that we continuously went two days straight. Near to Lorong Ah Soo HC, walk inside few blocks of HDB there sits this ulu small shopping mall surrounded by private housing. It houses a bar, some food shops, 24hr gym, edu centre, etc. Found this little cosy and quiet cafe. A muslim owned establishment with a Chinese chef. They boast a wide menu including delicious nasi lemak, oden, mee, snacks and drink. For our first visit, we decided to try a classic yet special meal. So ordered Nasi Lemak XL boneless chicken cutlet to share @$7. Nasi lemak came nicely presented and it was very good. Rice is very fragrant with a touch of ginger and lemongrass aroma. Chicken cutlet is huge, thick and very crispy. Sambal chili is quite good too. Definitely worth the price! Went back to get curry oden @$5.50 which looked so special. Loved the Nasi lemak rice so ordered a bowl @1.80 to go with the oden. Curry is very concentrated with 6 pieces of oden ingredients inside. Chef recommended a special not on menu dish, black sauce mee with curry chicken mid wings @$5.50. Mid wings were very soft and easily slid from bone. Mee mixed in black sauce and curry, what a yummy combi! Also had thai fish cake @$5 and steamed dumplings @$4. Both very yummy sides. Great customer service with friendly owners who asked after our meals. Great place to satisfy supper cravings!
