There are many facilities inside which comes along perfectly with sengkang quietness to want to live in this place, my favorite facility inside is the water spa, there is even sauna at the swimming pool toilet to use where some condo don't have.

Good place to live with great facilities. Only downside is some of the rooms' floor plan is not really good, which blocks the wifi signal and the balcony should be outside th3 living room, not inside the master bedroom. I also don't get why there is a curfew for the swimming pool. I wanna go swimming at midnight!

Visited this place today. First thing, I was asked to fill in my particulars 'By Myself'! Using the same pen and book that so many people have used before. I was shock how this process is done. Is this how this Condo system work? Visitors to fill in particulars themself? Where are all the protocol for Covid? Hygiene? Or is this just pure lazy? Honestly the way how this simple thing was handled. This Condo mangament, sercuity company, their front line staff. Should be a shame of themself!

Unfriendly condo for food delivery cyclist. We are not allowed to cycle in. Have to park at the road side and walk all the way in. Evil management.

Beautiful and lovely place to live in. Very nice Landscape. 4 swimming pool and a toddler water fall pool. BBQ, Tennis, children playground, flying fox, gym, table soccer, study room, 2 function room.

The facilities are ok but there are so many mosquitos! We never live in any condo with so much mosquitos before. We are staying 2nd floor and facing the pool. Not sure if that is where mosquitos are coming from but really terrible and always scared of the mosquitos especially with dengue outbreak.
