โ โ โ โ โ Very strange, my Mani nail tech lady was superb but the pedi nail tech was rude she told me soak off was 25 and I was surprised because you can get nails soaked off at 10-15$, went ahead anyway she took a calculator to come and calculate and show me what I had to pay when I hadn't gotten any service done. She tried to sell me a package before I did any service. That was quite a turn off. Then she again asked me if I pay in cash or if I had cash to pay.... She assumed I was trying to leech off a friend just cause my friend brought me there. Is this common in the Downtown branch? Very annoyed even though the nails were nice but this lady needs to be retrained or spoken to regarding how to talk to and treat customers.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been their customer for two years and my partner and I are still satisfied with their services. We always ask this lady, which I forgot her name, to be our attendant to take care of our mani and pedi needs. Thank you for taking care of our nails.

โ โ โ โ โ I went here spontaneously after Iโve only been in Singapore since a week but wanted to get my nails done but couldnโt find a place in my area. I saw the place when coming out of the metro and thought Iโll just try it. Happy I did! I got an appointment right away and they took time and effort and Iโm very happy with my nails. I got the spa treatment and normal polish, it looks very nice and clean and the Lady worked with very strong eye to detail. Thank you :)

โ โ โ โ โ Okay manicure quality. Some of my nails were filed in an angle versus square. I may be particularly picky with my nails but basic filing should be done correctly. My only watch out is I didn't see them sterilizing any of the tools after each customer.
