I am glad to have chosen Mizu as my first aesthetic clinic, especially after
seeing how friendly the staff are and the clinic has a pleasant environment.
My doctor is Dr. Paul and what I liked about him is the detailed explanation he gave me regarding my treatment while also giving me the assurance I needed.
This was despite me having said it was my second visit.
As a paying customer I greatly appreciate such professionalism.
I am looking forward to visiting Mizu for other treatments again.

โ โ โ โ โ Decided to give their laser a try after being recommended by my friend. Dr. Paul is super attentive to my needs and concerns, provides multiple suggestions, shared with me in detailed and making sure that I am comfortable before proceeding. Honestly, if this is your first time and if your pain endurance is low like me, I would strongly suggest you asking for numbing cream. Nonetheless, Dr Paul is very positive and bubbly, ease my nerves, despite it's a lil stingy for me but the overall session is very pleasant. I am super impressed by the results! With just 1 time treatment, even my boyfriend can notice the difference of my skin pigmentation. No hardsell with great service! Great worth of money with great results and great service !

โ โ โ โ โ After the quest of finding the best clinic to have my procedure done, I finally chose Mizu and I was definitely not disappointed. The services are top notch! and the end result is way way better than what iโve expected. Dr Tan was very fun and outgoing which makes me feel at ease! and also, thumbs up for the staff who gave me little tap on the side during the procedure to make me less nervous haha. overall its a 10/10 experience! thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ My first time at an aesthetics clinic and Dr Paul was very very patient with me addressing all my concerns. He didn't aggressively upsell me with anything and was very honest with me recommending only things that I needed :)
Chatting with him also helped me calm my nerves through the procedure, which was very helpful! Another thing i also loved about the place is how everyone made me feel welcomed and at home. Mizu definitely left a fantastic impression and I will definitely be back!

โ โ โ โ โ My experience with Mizu has been great so far. Dr Chloe is very personable and detailed in her explanations (plus her skin is damn glowing?!). The therapists are friendly and very thorough in cleansing. They will also follow up after the treatment and check if there is any sensitivity or discomfort. Iโm satisfied with their service and wish I started going to Mizu earlier!

โ โ โ โ โ Decided on Mizu to have my procedure done after reading their Google reviews and I was definitely not disappointed with their services. Dr Tan was very patient and explained everything that I needed to know. His work is truly amazing and he made sure that I know what he is doing during each step and would hold conversations with me to make me feel at ease. The staff at Mizu were also very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone who I had contact with would address me by my name, which I think was a nice personal touch. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Did a Sylfirm X treatment with Dr Paul, very friendly and chatty doctor (good distraction from the treatment). He was detailed in informing of every step and letting me know what to expect, also he was very polite to the assistants who was prepping my skin for the treatment. In fact, everyone seemed to be very happy working in the clinic which created a very pleasant environment(despite them working overtime).
Loved the dive photos all over the clinic taken by the owner, such a nice vibe. Highly recommended, will be back.
