★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading many good reviews on 'Jeffery' from the other branch, ive decided that J Force should be the agency that would provide good service but i was wrong.
I received a watsapp msg from 'Anna' on a sunday evening and i replied to her msg within 20 mins. No reply until the following day. This was bad for a business establishment not to reply to customer until the following day. This happens even before i pay for their service, i could not imagine engaging their service and no one could give me advice.
I went on to arrange a video interviewing with her and the maid on the following saturday. Surprisingly Anna did not call or text me on the interviewing day. The interviewing did not take place.
A reputable company let down by the service of 'Anna'.
