HARD SELLING is the motto for sure. Massage was mediocre at its best. I wouldn't say this place is a scam per say but definitely zero on the work ethics. Turned down the "special" massage tho it was super hard (had to force myself to visualize old grannys) and the massage got even worst. To be honest, deep inside I wanted it but I knew it was not worth it. I bet those grannys I imagined of could give better massage. For those who are wondering, the cheapest damage will be $178. I have been to places which offer much cheaper prices and genuinely good massage on top of that. Those interested can ask me(:

TERRIBLE, WOSRT, AWFUL EXPERIENCE I have been visiting this spa for last 3 years, sometimes the massage is good, sometimes the massage is bad. But still i was regular at this place as its near the MRT and food court. But my experience today was TERRIBLE, WOSRT, AWFUL. The masseuse (cici) was just terrible at all level, the massage was piano type, she seemed sleepy and i even asked her if she was sleep and she said that she was watching movie before she came to massage me and so not in a mood. Was checking her phone all the time and hence mostly used only one hand to massage... and the WORST was that she had a bad cough and kept coughing in my face... about half way thru i could not take it and hence asked her to stop and leave. The bad part was the receptionist asked me why i ended massage early, and when i told her about the coughing then the receptionist replied "its just itchy throat"... if it was just itchy throat the the masseuse could have excused herself and went out to get a glass of water and resume the session again... but in this case cici kept on coughing. And the least the receptionist could do was to apologies and may be give refund or arrange another masseuse. No one in their right mind should go to this place... i just found out some other massage parlours near by and will try them out. NEVER GOING BACK TO SOUTHERN SPA AGAIN.

Amy is 1 of the best masseuer u can find in the region. Very friendly and can remember her customer very well. Able to provide very good massage treatment according to your needs and pain relief.

Worst!!! Never coming Back. Already paid a premium to the counter, which is much more pricier then other establishments. For the whole 60 minutes of the treatment there will be hard selling to top up extra $38 and more for their so called "supreme treatment" during the treatment. Masseuse was called Selene or Serene at bukit batok branch. I could not relax for even one bit even after a very tiring day from her continuously verbal pressuring and lousiest massage because I said no. Even told me verbally that she wont massage properly and the massage will be lousy if I didn't top up. Which is ridiculous. And it was lousy, no effort at all. Worst! Dont ever come here!

Hard selling... Kept pushing to sign premium package for extra $38 more during the massage. Told her no. And attitude immediately changed.. the strength of the massage also dropped alot. Still got 10 mins left can still ask me wanna end early anot... Normal Body massage only press shoulder neck and leg.
