★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my fitness journey with Wellness Equilibrium in September 2019. Being a lazy bee when it is about sport, I have to admit that training with Yann changed my mind. His trainings are new every time, fun, and pushing your own limits. Yann can also help you achieve your goals with an healthier diet.
My daughter tried 3 swimming coach in Singapore before she tried with Yann and Jonas. She now enjoys her swimming classes a lot. And I can see real progress after only 2 classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is excellent at Wellness Equilibrium. Personal coach are very friendly and helpful, as well as extremely professional. Yann listened to what my problem was and tailored exercices that helped to improve my swim path in my triathlon competitions. As well, I usually go for their Bootcamp session on Wednesday night very good as a core routine. I highly recommend them!
