β β β β β Enjoyed my session very much. Though its a trial class, Aidi and the class makes me feel welcomed and at ease. It's very enjoyable and kinda of release stress too.

β β β β β Joined a balance and stretch trx class this morning. First time doing trx. A really good stretch, and also challenging. Aidi was very patience and explained the exercises well.

β β β β β Was introduced by friend and did a TRX trial class. I was surprised by Aidiβs techniques and his focus on breathing/stretching. Having done yoga before, I believe in correct breathing techniques for efficiency in a workout.
Aidiβs philosophy about health and fitness is different from the rest. I decided to sign up a personal training program to try and resolve a knee issue that came up a few months back. Aidi gave me proper guidance, was firm but gentle and encouraging. After about 8 sessions, my knee experienced a good improvement.
I also like it that there isnβt any pressure for packages, and Iβm able to work out in the comfort of my home gym.
Aidi possesses highly efficient techniques, a holistic, knowledgeable, caring and encouraging fitness coach.
I highly recommend Aidi to anyone who is looking for a reset/restart to their fitness/health regime.

β β β β β Professional and patient, Aidi plans the TRX Strength class with a variety of exercises and routines that are interesting and tough at the same time! He provides helpful feedback and tips in his follow up between sessions, and shares useful stretching exercises to relax the sore muscles!

β β β β β I met Aidi for weight loss training in last year Oct21. This was my first time having a personal trainer in my life. Before that I have no exercise routine and show zero interest in workout regularly. I feel shy and embarrassed to exercise in gym which I prefer to have outdoor training instead. I have list down few points that why I highly Recommend Aidi and why I decided to continue sign up the sessions with Fitninja:
1) Planning - After the first trial training session and fitness assessment, Aidi did set up a reasonable goals and recommended meal plan for me, which this motivated me a lot. He let me know that weight loss journey can start with changing lifestyle, and shouldn't be just starving everyday. (Last time I mainly use food diet, although I'm able to lose some weight in short term, but always have the yo-yo effect and unable to sustain for long term)
2) Professional - Aidi is professional in using TRX as part of my workout routines. It is amazing how many body parts I can workout on this one piece of equipment. His workout combo set will slowly build up your muscle level and eventually you able to do many different kind of exercise combo that last time difficult to do it. I feel healthier and stronger throughout the past 5 months.
3) Fun - Aidi will change and customized the combo set and make the session a well balanced workout. You will not feel exhausted as he usually will combine different workout to train your whole body muscle based on individual. He is very patient and will not push you to make you feel hate to exercise. Instead, I start to feel motivated and wanted to do more exercise in every session ongoing.
4) Encouragement - When I come to find Aidi, during that time I actually lose control with my daily diet, due to Covid lockdown and stress. However, training session with Aidi helps me find back the correct healthy lifestyle. Now, I am able to do exercise at least 3-4 times per week and more control in choosing food. He will follow up with me and I can feel free to ask him question during/after the session.
Overall, if you are someone who lose hope in weight loss journey, I highly recommend you to contact Aidi and let the professional to help. :D

β β β β β Aidi is very helpful and aware of my scoliosis condition as I train with him. For some poses which are difficult or not recommended for me, he will demo modified poses for me. He will also constantly check in to make sure everything is OK for me. Highly recommended trainer!

β β β β β Enjoy the workout though itβs challenging. Aidi is friendly and helpful. The gym mates are fun and friendly too. As this is my first time using a TRX system, appreciate some basic techniques using the system before plunging into the routine. I like it that I donβt have to pay a package for the class. Will consider going back for more.

β β β β β I enjoyed Aidi's class. He's helpful with me as a beginner. He's easy to approach and gives good guidance. Class environment is pleasant, classmates are friendly. The TRX workouts are challenging but it's rewarding. I like that it works the whole body especially the core muscles. Highly recommended!
