13 June 2022 I came registered at 4pm for Physician Su. When I called I was told that he starts at 5pm. But after I registered at 4pm the receptionist said I’m first and to come back 6pm. When I went back at 5:30pm to realised physician started seeing patients already. This queueing system sucks big time. I have wasted 2 hours and I am going to pay $60 for your service?! I decided to just cancel the appointment at 5:35pm. There’s always some physicians who will be good enough to fix whatever problem with that amount and most importantly to be treated fairly. I chose never to return, just because your staff has no respect for people’s time.

Monday 2pm Lady Physician First Visit I arrived at 1.58pm while the shutter was being brought up. There were 2 before me. When I got in it was about 2.30pm. Receptionist seemed nice, offering chairs for patients and told them to avoid the sun by sitting close to the counter. However, I’m more skepticism about lady physician. She’s a woman of few words. For a sprained ankle, there wasn’t any tuina nor explanation. I didn’t know I had sprained my ankle, I felt pain when I was walking downslope. I pointed out the area I felt pain, she pressed on it to confirm the location. I’ve done acupuncture many times but her first needle was really painful I shot up from a lying position. I had thought that she poked many spots but there was only 2 needles. The heating lamp didn’t seem like it was on and the current machine for acupuncture was very Low too. Throughout that process, I was left waiting. I asked for my bag to be near me because the curtain was drawn and my valuables were not with me. She didn’t bring it for me. The bill came up to $47.55 for 2 needle acupuncture, a bandaged ankle and tablets to reduce inflammation. Receipt shows 7% inclusive but it was still being charged additional. I don’t think I’ll return to the lady and if no tuina or spine alignment was done, I feel like it’s hard to justify the amount I paid.
