★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very grateful to the committee behind PFCS. Ratings to the Physician I visited and will be visiting there’s no doubt on her ability. It’ll be 10/5 stars! The staff who does the registration and issue you with number is rude as she’s very reluctant to answer any question. Just when you think this is bad, there’s another lady not in uniform a thousand times worse. She doesn’t treat anyone with respect. She will ‘OEI’ loudly and rudely to patients to tap on the safe entry check-in. I’m very taken aback by this lady’s attitude towards patients. Nobody deserves such disrespectful treatment. It maybe a free clinic but that doesn’t mean the patients ought to be treated like beggars.
This rating is for the extremely rude woman who is usually in the room labelled ‘OFFICE’ behind the front desk. I am not here to break anyone’s rice bowl but there’s just no reason for her to be nasty to everyone, just be nice and the world will be nicer to you. What goes around comes around.

I am very grateful to the committees behind PFCS. I have no doubts about the competence of physicians. Yes 10/5 stars!
And very dissatisfied is the rudeness of the registration staff at the counter. No matter how politely you ask the question, she can't seem to hear it. Alas, but after repeating the question several times, she finally answered with great reluctance.
Just when you think it's bad, another lady out of uniform is a thousand times worse. She also had no respect for any patient who came to see the doctor. She would loudly and rudely say "OEI" to the patients, asking them to click on the security to enter the registry. I was amazed by the woman's bad attitude towards her patients. Although this is a free clinic, the patients who come to see the doctor are polite. But that doesn't mean patients should be treated like beggars.
I'm not here to break anyone's job, no matter how dissatisfied she is at work, she can't be so rude to people. I hope that after this comment, the attitude of the sisters at the counter will improve. As long as you treat people well, the world will treat you better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Master Chia Teck Lee for essentially helping me manage pain for my slipped disc using acupuncture as well as prescribing TCM medicine. After years of going to physiotherapy, visiting this clinic and consulting Master Chia has proven to be much more effective. I can now head to the gym again! Very appreciative of this clinic as it is affordable and superb for the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i came on a weekday morning, there is not much crowd. I was the next in queue after registration. Doctor was friendly and asked sufficient questions regarding my problem. Took me 20 minutes for the entire visit. (Just a simple consultation) Instructions were clear: to put queue ticket in tray and wait for medicine. Price reasonable and clearly stated at the dispensary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Physicians consultation are free but you pay a nominal cost for some medication. Donations also welcome
but not compulsory. The clinic is popular and crowded especially on Monday which the clinic allotted time for the handicapped people.
Lastly, I am a patient not an official spokesman and if you need clarifications please contact the clinic directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medicine dispenser staff anyhow give instructions. Doctor said powder medication mixed with warm water to be applied onto affected area. When collecting, the staff wrote on the packaging: drink 3 times per day. After confrontation why she said differently from doctor, the staff verified and came back said: listen to doctor can already. Why ask her.
Ask the staff again the powder mix with what. She anyhow said: usually mixed with alcohol.
Now is what, nurse become doctor & doctor become nurse? Imagine my parent really drank the powder, who can I blamed? Maybe they will said: why u didn't listen to doctor, why listen to nurse (staff)!!!???
Might be suay suay met/ not likeable....most probably most patients had good service & recovery.
