β β β β β Wanted to try the new mala chicken bowl as i've heard great reviews about it! went to rivervale plaza to takeaway. there were 2 staffs working at the cashiers and 1 Assistant manager in the kitchen.
Cashiers were taking their own sweet time serving. One of the cashier aunty was struggling to click on the correct order on the cashier.
One aunty preparing food whispered to the cashier, "just tell her no more already". Asst. Manager came out from kitchen and told them that it is still available. (?????) and went back to the kitchen..
Cashier getting frustrated: "so what do you really want to order?"
me: "mala chicken, still have right?..."
cashier looks hesitant and struggling with the cashier again.
me: "it's okay auntie. i don't want already"
i guess the staffs really need more training and guidance on how to work on the cashier and how to efficiently prepare the food and serve customers....
