The chicken is always nice but sometimes a bit too salty. Some promotions are really valued for money.

Worst kfc ever!Happened on 13th March 2022 @ around 8pm. Firstly, i felt humiliated by the lady at the entrance. My husband were beside me & told me not to bother because she's retarded. Fine, we went in to just get our dinner after a long hectic day. Secondly, Worst decision ever. It was an upset and disappointing meal, their chicken and fries tasted bad. We left with unfinished food. Thirdly, service there are very poor. I love going to kfc but this experience is a lesson learnt for me. My suggestion if you want to get kfc, go elsewhere.Saw all the bad reviews yet no improvements. Guess the bosses or whoever taking care of it just don't bother to make any changes at all.

The experience was like any other restaurant, only to have been ruined by an employee who high likely a native to China. He served us food in a way that was disrespectful, and talked back to us in when we pointed out what was wrong just so he can save his job. It was seen that he talked/ cursed in chinese behind our backs to his colleagues in a vent of anger, can clearly see he was unhappy with us. It is really distasteful how KFC chose to hire him when there’s such a lack of standards from this fella. There’s a chance this review will be ignored, hence, I will persuade my friends and others to stay away from this restaurant so long as he is around.

Over here you have to self service your own drink, they just give you a cup. The issue is... the drinks dispenser dispenses your drink without the sparkling part. it tastes horrible like the AnW is kept in a storehouse for 5 years and gone stall..

This is my second time having a terrible experience at KFC Bugis Junction. First time, i didnt write any review but happened again here so, Please see my review! When my turn arrived to order at the counter, I asked general manager for 2 pc meal, rice bowl and then ask for tender meal showing my mobile phone and said i cannot get tender meal with promo at this outlet. So i asked whether i can just order it at the store and she replied, this menu doesn't have. After she answered my question, she just went to the store and did her work (going there and around) and then I had to wait around 7~10 minutes at the counter to let the general manager finished her phone call and works. Then she came back and took my order. Then she told me that i will have to wait for 15-20 minutes for the meal and i accept it. When i got my meal, i requested her to change the breast with drumstick since i cannot eat breast meat. Thanks for changing. I thought i could get freshly fried chicken. But look at this drumstick! No crispy, no taste, Dry, brownish and yellowish meat inside, and has a little smell. 2 pc tender were also not even warm at all! We had this kind of meal? We were very tired after work and it was around 8.45 pm. It was such a terrible experience.

Sad to see a lot of bad reviews here. Apparently they have already increased their standards because my visit was really great! (And all the bad reviews are mostly a few months old). Chicken was really fried to perfection. Unlike other KFC restaurants I've been to. Had to give a 10/10 for that. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. Catered to my needs although it was busy. Knowing that KFC services can be a bit slow, at least they are responsible enough to let us know about the waiting time. Place was a bit small but it was clean nonentheless! 10/10 just for the visit I had earlier!

Great service! Staff was catering my order professionally and attended to me immediately unlike most kfc outlets. The whole process of food preparation can take long and the staff told me beforehand that there will be a long wait. Plus the chicken was fried perfectly???cant wait to come back her again. Love the joys you are giving us! Keep it up!

WORST KFC restaurant ever went, even this 1 start I wasn't comfortable giving. Four employees walking around, avoiding eye contact pretending not to see customers queuing, myself and two other customers waiting at the main entrance. Infact one of the customer left after around 8mins of waiting time. One cashier employee by the name (Saixxx) rather attend to his two friend when they are dinning then to attend customers queueing. The main entrance was forbidden by a long red chain despite covid19 restrictions has been lighten. . When this cashier employee notice that I'm videoing, he had "no choice" but to walk towards us. Not only the services were utterly poor, observation from the staffs was equally poor. Doesn't matter that I came first and he attended to the other preferred young lady.. but asking me to use the kiosk and he personally attend the cashier for this lady was disgusted. Making my take away experience horrendously difficult and awful !!!
