Dried braised pork belly was a recommended dish. Excellent with a bowl of rice or use the tau kee to wrap it. Some dried chili was cooked together to give it a spicy kick. Dry Bak Kut Teh was served with a mixture of rib, stomach, pig's tail and intestine. The parts were well cooked and tasty. Dried cuttlefish sat at the bottom giving a generous smoky flavor. The only peeve was that you could see the hair of the pig's tail. Lettuce with garlic bits was perfectly blanched with crispness. A refreshing alternative to the heavy-bodied dishes. A bowl of soup was served to each of us since we ordered dried versions. It was robust and tasted like a 10-tonic soup (十全大补汤) rather than a BKT broth. Pronounced herbal notes with a good balance of flavors. Dried Tau Kee came soaked in a broth which would have been better served plain while retaining its crispness. You can help yourself to chili, minced garlic and both light and dark soy sauces to accompany your dishes. Service is friendly and prompt. Though packed, the staff was able to manage the crowd effectively.

I stayed near Klang and grew up eating BKT there. This is as close to what I used to have thus far. To be honest the soup is less potent as the ones in Klang but I like it, it's yummy. The meat was tender and the soup flavorful. Because there was only the 2 of us we took preset pots of meats. We could not order more but we will be back. What I appreciated about it was that I could note what I did not want in it We came here on a Thursday morning for brunch and getting a seat with quick service was not a problem. I was told that main meal times can get really busy with long waits. So if you really want to try this place you may need to think about different eating times to skip the Q.

One of the best herbal BKT soup base in sg I've had that's similar to KL. You can taste the strong fragrant herbs and tong kwai. The dry verison is good but lacking the dried seafood umami base, there were some cuttlefish shreds but failed to bring it. The hua diao wine chicken was a better option over the dry BKT. Long queues but good system in place. You get to order on a piece of paper while waiting so food is served briskly as you take your seat. Very attentive service as we were about to be shown to our seats, they noticed we ordered quite a few dishes and the normal 2pax tables wouldn't be able to fit everything comfortably. A short wait to clean a bigger table for us. Dry bkt is on the saltier side, lacks the deeper umami flavour other than caramelized dark soy. The hua diao chicken is juicy, tender and tasty. Thin slices of ginger in caramelized sauce coats the chicken. I wasn't a fan of baby back ribs used as I prefer the prime fatty ribs but this didn't disappoint and fell of the bone without much effort. Refillable soup! We had two refills. Ai you jelly drink is appetising and refreshing, goes really well with the heavy oily meal.

Service mildly lacking but food is quite good. Very herbally and might be a bit too much if you're used to pepper. The normal pork rib soup feels more like pork belly soup than ribs.. but still quite decent portion. Dry one was much better. Decent portion. Can go for brunch.

Always wanted to try the food whenever I frequent the other Bak Kut Teh shops in the same vicinity but never really materialised. Hence I decided to make the trip yesterday and boy I wasn’t disappointed! The soup was purely herbal - the initial spoonful of soup was was light, too light for me - but the taste developed more over the course of the dinner as I drank more and more of it. I don’t know why, but yes, that’s the case. The ingredients are more of Malaysia style (surprisingly there are indeed differences between Malaysia and Singapore Bak Kut Teh in terms of ingredients). Add in the fried tau kee and the tau pok - these truly complements the soup :)

My father wanted to try herbal Bak Kut Teh. Our first thought is this place. Came here at 11am, still need to wait for another 30 minutes before entry. Gald that the business is good ?. The overall dining experience was good. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I am not a fan of Bak Kut Teh, the overall food taste quality is more of heavy palate.

Have been wanting to try this stall and since I was in the vicinity, I just dropped in alone. There was a snaking queue but being alone has its advantages. I was in within a minute ?. Ordered a standard soup, and added more beancurd skin along. Also ordered a Chinese tea to go along to “clear off” the greased feel after drinking. The soup was flavorful with lots of ingredients. The pork belly was tender and can be easily bitten off which minimizes the taste of the layer of fats. The pig stomach was good but I really like the pig tail which was cooked till soft. I managed to down 2 refills of the soup before my belly gave up. The tea was an excellent choice to clear the grease as per expected. All in all, this was a good lunch and I will be back again.

Visited the shop multiple times. The taste is really similar to the taste we had in Malaysia. The soup and dry both are delicious. If you go during lunch or dinner time please expect a 30-40mins waiting time. But the food served really fast, they prepared the food in advance before your table is ready. Will definitely go back again. Strong recommended
