kudos to the team at Jia, they did a good job even though the place is a warzone, still proceeding to clean up in a professional and sequential manner.

Recommended my tenant for Tenancy Handover cleaning today. Job Not clean properly with Stains on the Floor, Toilet walls with Stains still, kitchen sink & walls with yellow Stains, Dirts left behind at drain cover, Balcony with some leaves and drainage with dirts as well. Quoted $380 for a 883sqft 2 Bed + Study Corner and this price is meant for bigger units 4 bed at 1200sqft. Still the house isn't clean properly. According to the Boss, they had done their jobs and fulfilled their duty for a 5hrs cleaning and that's it! What we've mentioned abv is extra deep cleaning and scrubbing which require to come for additional 2hrs at $150. We tried to clean the floor and the Stains (black mark) could easily comes off! if the cleaners applied pressure while moping, the Stains could come off easily. My Questions is, is "Jia" a professional cleaners with proper equipments and cleaning agent (detergents)? or they are merely providing 5hrs cleaning duty and job is considered done? if cannot be cleaned, pay extras after we complain as is deemed deep scrubbing?
