Very poor and irresponsible customer service. I have had multiple bad experiences with this company and decided to discontinue their services: 1. a different cleaner was being sent to my house despite being promised the same cleaner for all sessions. there was no warning given beforehand as well 2. cleaner didn't show up on one occasion and no effort was made by management to inform me. i waited and waited without knowing what was going on 3. one of the cleaners was busy picking her nose, playing with her phone while on the job. all of this was caught by my house security camera their services are inexpensive, but do yourself a favor and save the agony by engaging other companies!

Cleaners are late all the time by 1/2h and they don’t inform at all. Work is shoddy & house isn’t cleaned properly. Disappointing service.

Booking is very convenient and easy to use. Changes to timing is always flexible and requests are always accommodated. Helpline is responsive even on a weekend! The helper that is assigned to us is very experienced and we basically leave the whole house to her to clean while we are out. She never fail our expectation on cleanliness! I'd recommend this service to anyone looking for house cleaning services.

Have been using 6DAYS services for over a year. What prompted me to write this review is all the weird negative reviews written here. My family and I are very satisfied with their cleaning services and even my dogs welcome the helper everything she comes over to our house for the cleaning session. The helper even help out to trim our garden! Services are very prompt and most important of all, they are contactable compared to other service providers. Prices and rates are transparent and what you see on their website is what you get. Flexible in arrangements as well. Perhaps those with negative reviews used another a foreign company not in Singapore? For those looking for professional cleaning services, I would 100% recommend to try 6DAYS.

Very impressed with how easy it is to book a session with them, just a few clicks to get a calendar reminder - and they even send an email & SMS reminder the day before the session too. Myo Myo showed up on time and was professional and polite! She did an excellent job cleaning our 3bdrm apartment for our post-tenancy handover. Want to note that we didn't require any deep cleaning though, as we left the place relatively clean to begin with. :)

The cleaning was good except that they used a detergent that destroyed the stainless on the stove. They send out a new cleaner that manage to get it better but not good. Now they blame me and I have photos before and after. I would not recommend 6 days cleaning for any businesses. Not for the mistake but the unwillingness to fix what they messed up.

The cleaner was late for 1.5 hours for the cleaning appointment but she did not have the courtesy to call my mobile to inform me about it or ask me about the directions to my house. I do believe that either 6 Days Cleaning or the cleaner herself should have done the due diligence to find out where my house is located. Even if they can’t find it online, the cleaner should still call me to find out about the directions to my house. My previous part-time cleaners that I hired did call me to find the directions before the actual day of service therefore, I cannot accept such services from a professional cleaning company or professional cleaners. Her reason of leaving house at 10:30am and the manager gave her wrong direction are reasons that are unacceptable to me for been late. I would usually give a short briefing to the part-time cleaners before they start cleaning my house. This is to ensure that the part-time cleaners would know what is expected and know how to use some of the cleaning chemicals and machines such as vacuum cleaners. However, the cleaner cut me off during my briefing and told me that she knew what to do. Given that she said she knows what to do, I proceeded to ask her to clean the fan. However, she just say that she don’t know how to dismantle and clean the fan and just stood there and refused to clean the fan. Therefore, rather than I sit back and relax as what your email promise, I have to detach it for her and fixed it back after she clean it. I can accept that she don’t know how to dismantle the fan, but I cannot accept her attitude of not doing anything other than standing there and await instructions when she say that she knows what to do. After which, we proceed with the cleaning for the rest of the house where she did half-heartedly in terms of vacuuming and mopping the floor and cleaning the toilet. The jobs are not well-done. She is also quite rough with the equipment as a lot of banging sound can be heard when she was cleaning which does not happen when the previous part-timers clean the house. In terms of clearing the big solid dirt in my water-based vacuum cleaner, she threw them into the toilet bowl before I could ask her to stop. I told her that these big solid dirt could clog up the toilet bowl and it is preferred for her to take it out using gloves and throw it separately into a plastic bag before throw the rest of the dirty water into the toilet bowl. However, she gave a very curt unprofessional reply in Chinese β€œδΈδΈ’ιƒ½δΈ’δΊ†οΌŒδ½ θ¦ζˆ‘θΏ™δΉˆζ ·?β€œ. She completed her tasks half-heartedly in 2.5 hours and asked me to β€˜quality check’ her work. However, when I told her about the areas to touch up and also additional areas to clean up, she argued and was defensive on her cleaning work. She is not willingly to further touch up on the areas that I pointed out and further reasoned with me that if she finished what was told to her she could just leave before the 3 hours is up. I told her she still need to clean the window and she unwillingly pick up the rags and wipe the windows. 10 minutes before the 3 hours, she again asked to leave the house. I told her to close some of the windows and keep the cleaning equipment at the proper areas. She slammed the windows and left one cleaning solution unkept and just left the house. Trash was left on my dining table and rubbish bags in the house were not disposed. She did not do a good job of washing the floor rugs by hand as she rinsed lightly in just a few minutes. These rugs were hung in the toilet and the stench fills the toilet by night time. I had to do a rewash myself the next morning. "Best" part was with all the slamming of my cabinets, I found my softclosing cabinet was spoilt. Cleaning company did not reply on when I seek for compensation. This is the worst experience I ever have with a part-time cleaner.
