★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noodles is springy and delicious. Cooked a splendid way with mouth watering chilli sauce and gives a lot of lard. The handmade fishball is so bouncy that it just melts perfectly in your mouth. This is a stall that everyone should make their way down and give it a try!
