★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read the positive reviews, I wanted to try & so, I managed to persuade my oldest son who only like the Singaporean peppery style BKT to go with me for dinner but guess what?! He loves this herbal BKT!!! The meat is so tender! He said, one of the best he had!!! And I agree :)
I also order a Claypot wine of the kidney, slice pork with liver, the flavor is so good & goes so well with all the meat!!!
All these on top of the reasonable price & good service :) I’m totally bought over :) will be a regular customer for sure :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really value for money, generous portion of pork ribs and pork belly. Pork ribs were really tender and does not reek of any pork smell. Pork belly was also soft and have right amount of fat. Highly recommended! Taste: Excellent 5/5. Hidden gem in the west :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st time tasting their no. 11 slice meat/liver soup for $5 and no. 1 herbal bakuteh for $6. Served in a nice small clay pots. Affordably priced, the soups really taste of herbs. I don't know what they are but is nice, not just bakuteh flavour. They came with a bowl of rice for 50 cents. Keep going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I tried this stall. This bkt is very nice la. I wonder how come there’s no queue. Flavourful soup too. $5 for the lean meat claypot bowl. My photo doesn’t justify but I’m sure I will visit again.
Perhaps this stall can brighten up the stall front to attract more crowd. ??

Very very very nice. Service Very nice. Food very nice.
Went to the mee pok next door (which I think not so wow anymore) but got some here to “see how”.
But very impressed. “See how, change to see wow”.
Definitely would come again.
Soup is nice and herbal. Not too overpowering herbal. Just nice. Got the sliced meat. Just nice and tender. You Tiao also very nice. Has that “taste of Malaysia”. No need to JB. No need to KL. Just nice here. :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for Money ! Have tried alot of Herbal Malaysian Style BKT in Singapore. Although each has their pro and cons, but on value terms, Jia Le is one of the best priced , definitely. But take into consideration, those are standalone stalls, so justify the prices la.
Jia Le's soup above average, and they give meaty ribs (generous portion).
Can ask for refill of soup if you finished yours. I always pick their value set at Soup + Rice + Salted Veg/Peanuts ~
Tried their mix organs one, but still prefer the classic.
I stayed in the central and willingly to travel to the west once in the while for this !
