★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This zi char stall used to operate next to Leong Kee (Klang) Bak Kut Teh (粱记肉骨茶) in Geylang also.
We especially loved the kam heong lala and have been actively searching for this stall since they left Leong Kee.
So happy to have found this treasure again. Today we satisfied our lala cravings on top of sambal kangkong and dongpo rou, a traditional dish. While the flavour is there, I felt the belly could be a bit more tender, then it would have been perfect.
All said, I'm happy with my meal of 2 rice and 3 dishes which cost $36 for two persons.
