I've never had a new siam with more ingredients than this! Big triangular pieces of tau kwa, one hard boiled egg, a pc of fluffy omelette ala 芙蓉蛋, pieces of ngor hiang, pieces of tau pok, a dollop of chilli with tiny ikan bilis, a spoonful of fried tiny shrimp, & a big spoonful of what looks to me like bah you poh, but they taste like dense croutons. The broth is rich, the taste is slightly sweet. & Only $3! Very satisfying!

Best mee siam good value. May not look nice in my photo, but sure tasted great. It’s abit on the sweet side but I still think it’s well balanced. I was pleasantly surprised to find a slice of fried egg and ngor Hiang inside . Something different from the normal mee Siam.

Jia Xiang at Redhill Market and Hawker Centre. My sister send this recommendation of local Mee Siam and Lontong and I decided to check ✔ it out. Bought the mee siam to try. No! ??‍♀️it's not as good as Dino's or Robert's Mee Siam at Whampoa. Firstly, bee hoon was too soft n in short strands. Chilli sambal disappeared into broth when mixed and not spicy enough..but it made the gravy thick & rich..luckily 2 limes were given to cut the richness. ? What's good was the fried taukwa chunks and the crispy breadcrumbs..(found usually in chicken macaroni soup). I thought it was pork lard pieces! ?? At $3.00, price is reasonable..? but I should topped up with more taukwa chucks, crispy breadcrumbs n chives. Perhaps then..my Mee Siam would be more delightful. ?

Extremely sinful and love the flavour! Major setback was that the beehoon had been cooked for too long. Gravy is on the Sweet side but flavourfully prepared with surprise of bread croutons and 2 types of egg garnished.

one of the top if not the top local Chinese mee siam hawker stall. expect queue during peak hours. good portion to price ratio, still good value though price might have been raised slightly recently. fried bread crumps can be found, which gives an added interesting touch. the gravy is likely the key to success in this stall, piping hot gravity poured to dish at time of order makes a very enjoyable meal. 2 different kinds of chili sauce/paste added to enhanced the taste, additional ingredients can be added at additional cost.

Lontong (background) was unexpectedly good! Looks very spicy but was ok. Mee Siam was delicious but had a bit of burnt aftertaste, overall still very good will eat again. Love the crispy lard bits ? could do with more Taupok.

good mee siam with addictive, smoky sambal chilli. extremely generous with the lard as well. a whole bowl is really quite jelak though, the first half is much more pleasant than the second. a bit too sweet as well.

Came with high expectations of the mee siam based on reviews, but only found it so so. Sauce was thick and rich, but on the sweet side, wish it was more sour. Prefer the one at Ghim Moh.
