★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subpar Kway chap. Braised sauce was sourish. Duck meat had gamey after taste. Innards and other items were also not well-infused in the braised spices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kway chap set with duck and extra rectum (大肠头) ($9) - The portion was not large. The duck meat was good and tender. But the pig’s rectum was too thinly sliced though the taste was ok. Some pieces of the kway were slightly stuck together.
