★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice! Love the texture of the noodles and the flavours of the soup. I ordered the $4.50 version which comes with pork slices and pork ball, and the portion is pretty generous (see pic). Definitely coming back for the dry version. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened by Masterchef Singapore contestant Aaron Wong. Glad it was still available when I reached after 1pm on a Sunday.
Got myself a bowl of dry all in combo. Love the texture with the tender pork slices, crispy ikan bilis, mince meat and meat, prawn balls.
Felt that the mee hoon kway can be firmer (al dente), maybe Aaron wasn't helming the stall then.
The flavours are rather refined, but I think can do with more umami. The chili could be punchier as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broth does not have the fragrance and flavor of the anchovies, also tasted a little burnt in the soup. Egg a little under cooked as well. The cook (not the Masterchef himself) was pretty slow in preparing when there were only 3 orders which was quite a wait.
