It was a smooth experience with them from the point when we visited their shop to enquire and take a look. Prices were reasonable too! Lucas assisted us with our queries there and then and subsequently liaising on WhatsApp was very prompt and helpful!
The installers were also very friendly and helpful on the day of installation ?? Would highly recommend!!

Lucas has always been honest, patient, accomodating, and professional. His installers are also very efficient and precise in their execution when installing. Will try their best not to leave your place dusty and dirty.

Lucas was very prompt in attending to our queries. Visited the shop to feel the materials. Compared among the 5 shops we shortlisted. At the end decided to go with Jimmy Textiles.
Most competitive price. Prompt reply on messages. On time for appointments for onsite measurement and installation. The process is so smooth that we do not need to worry much. End products are very nice, we love them!

Price point is very affordable, installation was done quickly, quality of the blinds and curtains are perfect and exactly what we want. The staff also helped with recommendations of colours and materials. The blinds can be drawn smoothly without any snags. Lucas also replies v fast to WhatsApp messages whenever we have questions or requests. Overall a very pleasant and fuss free experience, highly recommend!

First of all, Lucas was prompt in replying all queries and ensuring smooth transition from measuring to delivery to payment. Also, Lucas also explained to us the different curtains and blinds to suit different themes of the house. We were contemplating between blinds and curtains and got the curtains when we decided to go for a softer feel. He also allowed us to choose limitless types and colors and their staff actually brought the samples down on the day they came to measure the windows. Would recommend to arrange for measurements after your walls are painted to ensure that the colors compliment each other. This was what Lucas had advised as well! Service was top notch and no deposit or payment were required until the curtains are installed. Highly recommended!!
