金松 Wanton Mee stall has been at this market for quite some time. Thier wanton Mee is reasonably priced at $3.00 per plate and you can add their chicken feet for $1.00. You can choose a variety of noodles (Mee Kia, Mee Pok, Hor Fun). The noodles were springy and chewy. Their sauce was very tasty and somewhat salty, but it blends well with their chili sauce, after mixing together. Their braised chicken feet is huge and the skin is very soft. It will fall apart in your mouth and you can chew the flavourful chicken skin. It's a must try when you visit this market, but do take note, their queue are long during peak hours and their ingredients maybe sold out at times.

Saw a long queue the other time I was here for the 453 wanton noodle. Decided to give it a try this time round. There were already short queue infront of me, waited for 10mins and it was my turn. The wanton mee was $3SGD, noodle was okay to me, nothing special. They are very generous with the char siew and i enjoyed the wanton very much. Its was plump and well seasoned.

This is one stall that I frequented almost every Saturday on my once a week marketing outing. The wanton noodle is one of the best among the wonton noodles I have tried so far. The egg noodle is always springy. You can just enjoy and eat the noodle alone. We called it the “kosong” noodle or tried the mushroom noodle if you find it too bland. The specialty is the springy noodle and sauce. The popular option is the wonton noodle and the chicken feet noodle. You can order the wanton noodle and order a small plate of a la carte chicken feet to compliment the wanton noodle. Be patience with the queue during the weekend.

One of the best chicken feet noodles. Forever so soft and tender. I hardly repeat chicken feet noodles at other stalls. The old owner has passed away. Now handed over to his son. I hope he will continue to be hardworking and continue the good food culture from his father. For today's noodles, I find it slightly sightly undercooked.

Would eat at this stall 90% of the time I visited this food centre. The dumplings was huge and the filling was generous!

Have been eating at Jin Song for many years now. My go to at this stall is the shui jiao mian (big dumpling noodle) with extra dumplings. In my opinion, this is the BEST shui jiao mian in Singapore. The noodles are super springy The chilli and sauce is very shiok The shui jiao is filled to the brim, and has crunchy prawn with the pork. I eat here at least twice a week, if not more. In the photo attached, I went for breakfast and dabao-ed the noodles for lunch. Even re-heating it in the microwave, it still tasted amazing. 10/10. I hope I can continue to eat from this stall for many years.

Was eating halfway (As pictures shown) and decided to give a good ratings. One of my favorite wantan mee stall. For $3.5, the ingredients and mee is a lot. Compare with a few renowned stalls around this area u will know. Opening hours is till 2pm and Stall owner started preparations as early since 4am. Thanks for the hardwork and keep up the good work. Hopefully rental don’t increase so All can benefit. Bless the world.
