★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow to respond even after weeks of waiting. Probably good business, so no need for extra. Go somewhere if you want your stickers to be done fast..BUT if you don't mind waiting for days, even weeks, well that's another story. Prices not much difference from large shops either.

He is very experienced and provided me with good advice & suggestions when I ordered my 1st customised car decal today.
I certainly felt I was in safe hands and I am very pleased with the end product.
As JJ Decal is a one-man operation, Boss James may not always be fast with responding to customer queries during operating hours because he focuses on serving the customers that have made appointments and are at his shop.
Based on my experience, the best time to catch him is probably in the evening when he has completed his work for the day and has time to catch up with customer enquiries. Or in the morning before he starts his first appointment.
Singapore fans of Liverpool FC may recall him as the generous fan who gives out complimentary celebratory car decals when Liverpool FC wins something major.
