★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for braces removal and cleaning. Fast and pleasant. Receptionist is very kind and attentive to details. Dr. Joanne was amazingly good with the procedure giving assertive advices about the process and my questions. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a last minute appointment due to the swelling of my gums and they were able to accommodate me even so on a Sunday. Turns out I had to undergo wisdom tooth surgery which turns out to be as painless as possible during the process. I’d say the best dental clinic I’ve ever visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them on a Saturday morning for a last minute appointment and they were so kind to slot me in although they were fully booked! My wisdom tooth was causing me so much pain I had to get it removed asap so I was very grateful that they accepted me. We were warmly greeted by Hwee Ping, the receptionist. Her pleasant disposition really makes us feel very welcomed and happy to be there. Dr Joanne Lam and her assistant were extremely nice too, making sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. They even switched on netflix for me to steady my nerves! This is by far the best dental clinic I have ever visited! Thank you guys! High recommended

She is very professional, experienced and takes the time to explain the process before starting each procedure so that i feel at ease. Would recommend getting your dental treatments done here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make a last minute book on Friday night and they schedule me to come in on Saturday to see me and get my painful wisdom tooth which is causing fever to be removed! Overall painless experience just slight discomfort during the procedure. In less than an hour my wisdom tooth is out! Dr Chen Wei Theng and her assistant is very friendly and professional. They keep checking on whether I was Ok or if I feel any pain. Thank you Dr Chen and team!

All the staff were very nice and Dr. Joanne reassured me that the operation will be as painless as possible. They also made sure to check on me after the operation and gave very detailed aftercare instructions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I haven’t visited a dentist for years and I’m always afraid of visiting one. However, Dr Janice and the receptionist puts me at ease. She will check whether I’m ok and whether I’m comfortable throughout. She explain things in detail and will not ask you to add on things that aren’t necessary. There was a TV on the ceiling to keep you occupied while the doctor are scaling your teeth which really helps to ease my nervousness further. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with Ashford and I will definitely be looking forward to my follow up every 6 months with them. Oh and the receptionist was so friendly. Great Hospitality! Highly recommended. Thank you Ashford! ❤️
