★ ★ ★ ★ ★ now I am more frustrated, because of the jkaircon technician. a day before, Did a chemical overhaul service with them. Today my aircon is stopped while running. So I call them to claim the service warranty. But they are asked to pay. on their jkaircon aircon website mentioned 30 days warranty for service.
If their technician had done the job properly, the aircon would never have been repaired again. The fault lies with them. they are unprofessional and unethial- don't do the service with f__k company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to make an appointment for aircon servicing, had to wait for a month due to CNY period. That, I don't have any issue with as I understand it was CNY period.
But what I was furious about is that they have no decency to inform me earlier that their technician couldn't make it today. Only when I texted them to ask if today is confirmed, then they told me need to reschedule. Such a bad service. I had to take leave for this and maybe if I didn't text them to ask, they won't even bother to tell me today is cancelled. Definitely will not engage them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book an appointment with them to do servicing or my aircon. Initially was fix on 17apr afternoon, few days later notice that I actually had another important appointment on afternoon as well. Although the slot was full till end of the month, after few tries Christine manage to give us the morning slot on 17apr. This helps us a lot and we are very appreciated on her service.
Servicing crew:
The same guy that we initially use for installation and servicing came over. Service as usual was good. Appreciate the time and effort to maintain my house aircon.
