Friendly, smart, helpful, hardworking, take care of my mama and baby nephew very well! Learned fast and is competent to use the electric appliances and cooking etc after one training from me. Able to communicate well and write in English. It’s a joy having the helper around. I am very grateful to Catherine! The helper is very thankful to Catherine too! I got my first ever helper from JL and was assisted by Cathy. With the covid situation, it was super challenging to get a new helper. Cathy duly sent across different profiles and arranged for the video interviews. She also walked us through the different steps and constantly updated us on eta of help. As we are expecting a newborn, we needed the helper to be here before EDD and had no choice but to opt for the pilot scheme and incur additional quarantine fees. Thankfully, Cathy was very updated on news regarding borders opening and successfully secured a slot for our helper via normal route. It was done in the wee hours (4+am) at the very last minute, saving us $1K+. The above and beyond service definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend JL and Cathy.

Found JL online and have been liaising with Cathy, very nice lady. She is always polite and responsive. If you don’t get an immediate reply but you will for sure receive a reply within the same day. Selection of helper was smooth and well organised to fit my time. Fees and charges were quite confusing but Cathy is patient to explain them in detail. My 1st time hiring a maid. Saw good reviews of Cathy from Pasir Ris branch and I decided to speak to her on my maid search. She’s very helpful in providing me with the steps to go about engaging a maid, patient in listening to my needs and efficient in looking for suitable maid for me. As my dad’s condition improved, I did not proceed to engage a maid in the end. Despite this, Cathy was still very friendly and frequently spotted with smiles whenever I walked past her. As my dad’s condition deteriorated thereafter such that I need a maid now, the 1st person that came to my mind was Cathy again as she had provided me with such a good service previously. Although the 1st maid that I have gotten was not ideal, Cathy was very efficient in sourcing another good maid for me. She understands the issues I faced and tried her best to help me resolve the issue. The 2nd maid was with us for almost 2 weeks and she had good attitude and was able to help my parents. Really very thankful to Cathy for helping us to source for such a good helper. I have even recommended her to my friend who is looking for a maid urgently. Cathy is efficient in her services. Initially signed a contract to employ an Indonesian maid but the maid cancelled after booking a flight. We got a replacement through online interviews with other maids almost immediately. The whole process was very smooth. All our enquiries were answered despite the busy period. The fees are also reasonable. Our helper has been working for us for 3 weeks and everything is good so far. Highly recommend this agency for those who want reliable services and a wide selection of domestic helpers.
