★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking to sell our patio unit in D9 back in 2021 and decided to reach out to Jerralyn.
It wasn’t the easiest unit to sell as the outdoor patio space was huge, so the interior livable space wasn’t the most efficient.
We engaged 4 agents to market our unit. However, Jerralyn was the only one that was patient and consistent in her effort to market your home despite how challenging it was.
Especially during covid with the viewing restrictions. She would update us with feedbacks from prospective buyers after every viewing, ensuring a transparent communication with my family and me.
She eventually got it sold at $30k higher than our closing price.
