We chose Pinky over 4 other IDs we met because she has a clear point of view, isn’t hesitant about expressing her thoughts, and listened. Just as we were about to start work, pandemic measures prevented us from doing so. However, once work could resume, the wonder team of Pinky & Robin took charge, guided us through the process and delivered things on plan. They also had to work around our main contractor’s rectification efforts and while they were swamped catching up on work, they accommodated. Pinky & Robin also had greater eyes for details than us and we appreciated their help to keep a check on quality. One other thing - even when we have questions about areas of the house not within scope, they were also incredibly helpful. We love that. Thank you!

Highly recommend Pinky! From all the designers we met, she was the most relaxed and laid back which gave us less stress. Her proposal and design also made her stand out from the rest. She made the whole process very exciting and fun! We love our new home :)

We engaged Laraine in the renovation of our flat and we are very happy with the outcome! Always responsive, she was open to trying out different ideas and followed-up with great results. The workmanship and quality with this firm was also above average - they paid attention to detail and was fantastic in managing our work schedules despite the covid-related delays. Altogether a great experience!

This is the second time we are using Vincent at Black N White Haus and love the collaboration. Vincent helped us to replan and design a 4 storey townhouse into our dream home. We had so many ideas which he listen, took notes and incorporated into these amazing usable spaces. He is great to work with, has a sense of humour, good attention to detail and innovative ways of thinking

They did up my place last year. Costing was fine. However, some of the contractors they used were doing a proper job. A lot of rectification and we have to go through very detail in order not to miss. They did not seem to be able to control their contractor well. Furthermore, always take side on their contractor. Designing and functionality was bad. In my opinion, there are alot of better options in the market.

Having done previously 3 renovations, this is by far the greatest experience! They are very meticulous throughout the whole project and great involvement in giving great ideas and concepts. Will recommend them to my close friend who is getting their keys in March

Vincent and his team are excellent. From concept to completion they are creative, responsive, collaborative, friendly and just a joy to work with. We recently renovated a 5 storey townhouse and B&W house with Vincent have made it a very smooth process. I fully recommend working with them as you get what you pay for.

I selected Black n White Haus after meeting up and getting quotations from 4 other ID firms. They are established and experienced although not the cheapest, but I felt that the service provided by Jade, the designer to be professional, friendly, prompt, efficient and down to earth. Chemistry with the designer I feel is important and the service provided by the individual and the personal commitment makes a big difference in the overall experience. Every project will have its hiccups and delays. I have renovated 3 homes to know this, so the service recovery made by the ID firm is important. I hacked one of my rooms to enlarge the living area and opted for a partition wall and sliding doors. There was a mistake made on the design but I must applaud Jade for salvaging the situation. She promptly discussed the rectification plan with me and she came onsite to inspect the rework and ensured I was happy with the result. Overall, I am happy with how my renovation turned out and I am now enjoying my little piece of my Colonial Plantation!
