As it is Sunday 5 July 2020 not able to contact Joaquim, Joaquime Office is closed today 5 July. Cannot get help. Please call Ivy Tan urgently to arrange to send basket to Charmine's house. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum’s birthday and almost immediately they called me and informed me that red roses are sold out and if they can replace with another colour. Told them to choose and match for me and it came out to be a VERY beautiful bouquet which made my mum very happy! And the delivery was very prompt and also followed the instructions to call beforehand and not to knock too! Very pleased with their professionalism! Will order from them again for sure!!

I'm very thankful and impressed with their services. Hence I'm giving 5 Stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flower delivered got a huge difference in the compare from pictures on the website. The flower also smell like durian the next day. It was dense and pack, but the water keep dripping while holding up. Overall not satisfy and wouldn't recommend to buy.

Joaquim Florist did a fantastic job in such short notice especially cakes were concerned. Nonetheless, the staff performed the task both professionally and efficiently. They went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure the gifts were delivered beautifully and timely. Splendid work and congratulations team.
