Did a last minute change (<24 hours) for delivery location and they also acceded to my request for an early delivery - supposed to be 10am earliest but the friendly staff came 10mins before that. Keep it up!

And the quality was awesome, fresh and well packaged also. I have ordered from other places but quality wise, this is the best thus far. Highly recommend

The delivery personnel actually sent me a WhatsApp message to inform me of the item delivered and even took a picture to assure that the wreath was in good condition. Kudos to the team!

Add to that my wife was upset I bought those flowers for her birthday. ? immediately I informed the shop and the correct flowers was delivered within a few hours time. The flowers are beautiful and wifey is now happy.

As always, they never fail to amaze me with their super prompt response, fresh flowers (they always exceeded the expectation! flowers bouquet looks more beautiful and bigger than the one in the photo).
