A very bad costumer service, they are inconsiderate and their flowers not fresh , I order twice from them and was the same thing . Would never ?? again.

It was my frienda 40th and this company didn't send my flowers leaving me embarrassed! Very poor service and defensive staff. I ordered the flowers for my friend's 40th birthday online while I was abroad. I selected the 10 to 2pm delivery slot, without realising that it was 2:45pm in Singapore. The second afternoon slot was however also available and I was sure that the flowers would be sent out either in the morning or afternoon, as both were shown available. Hours later, I received an email telling me that my flowers wont be sent out as there is no capacity in either time slots. I wrote back right away to please send the flowers, explaining that both time slots shown available for delivery online. Had i known that same day delivery was not possible I would have used another firm. Their response was to cancel my order and defensively explain that i selected the morning slot for delivery 10-2pm but it was 2:45pm. So why was that time still available?! Why not simply send the flowers in the afternoon delivery. I tried to call them but no one picked up. No one called me. Terrible!.

Placed my order online from SF for a special cousin’s birthday bouquet in Spore. Beautiful website, easy e-order process right up to checkout and payment. Speedy response to emails, and kept me updated on delivery status. Reassuring to have Chloe and her Worker Bees on top of things! I love flowers from the bloom room, they are beautiful and you get GREAT flowers for the price you pay. I've ordered from them for the past 3 years and their flowers are really lovely - not your regular roses but proper fresh sturdy large fancy looking flowers with exotic fillers. They're also very helpful and are happy to customize where possible.

My twice yearly go-to beautiful flowers at a good price point, and their QC is great. They also usually have king proteas which are my favourite! Love the merch, especially the cards.

Amazing services from owner, ordered for the first time was a super pleasant experience, flowers look fresh and colorful, delivery timing was very on time. definitely will revisit again for flowers in the future!
