β β β β β Great place to pick up a soy milk drink on the go, or some cakes for breakfast. Fun fact, this shop used to be located outdoors but was "absorbed" when the building was expanded.

β β β β β Bought a cup of warm soya milk and maru pancake with cream cheese flavour. It tastes badly. The soya milk doesn't filter properly end up with so many gainy okara. The maru pancake tastes "flour".

β β β β β I was placing my order based on the menu. I ordered Ginger Juice Beancurd. The rude aunty giving me a confused face and told me in Chinese that either you want Beancurd or Soya milk and there is no such thing as Ginger Juice Beancurd. I strongly advice Jolibean's management to train their staffs on the product knowledge and etiquette. As a seller, they should know their products well or at least know what is written in the menu but not using their own choice of words for the selling products. No matter how great is the product, the rude staff ruined everything.

β β β β β Service was good, but the packaging needs improvement - Drink covers aren't secure; pancakes were cold as they were pre-made and unnecessarily wrapped with gladwrap.
One question - Is the soy milk here really vegan? It tasted slightly milky.

β β β β β Portion of the peanut pancake & the other pancakes so much smaller thn before but price the same. Size is abt 70% the usual size. Not worth it. Not going to buy again.
Not sure if the Parkway branch is the only branch tht downsize the pancakes or is it all the brances.
