β β β β β First time trying jollibee. I might try the one at lucky plaza when I get the chance. But so far I think the fried chicken is just ok the skin isn't exactly crisp. Tastes like the normal fast food. But I do not recommend the ice milo. They have given me a tonne of ice. I prefer the Milo from McDonalds. Definitely leave the ice milo alone.

β β β β β HORRIBLE PLACE made me and my friends wait for 35 min and additional 15 min at the cashier, would not recommend at all. MacDonald and Burger King are much much better, please donβt visit Jollibee.

β β β β β Ok this is now my fav fast food place because
1. They have minute maid apple juice !!!
2. The chicken is D E L I S H and theres just something about the pasta even though it's processed ...
3. Can i drink the gravy? Why is it so good?
Overall: idk why it took me so long to try Jollibee but i finally did and I LOVE IT, so worth the hype!

β β β β β The wing and drumstick in the 3-piece meal were not crispy to Jollibee's high standards. Liked that they gave one more small tub of brown sauce for the meal. Still a notch above next door's KFC.

β β β β β Since takeaway orders are a norm since the pandemic started, it would be nice if the staff ensures that the orders are complete before calling the queue number and handing out to the customer...
I just noticed that an item is missing from my order. Disappointing

β β β β β Pretty good experience. My visit was nothing like what some of the 1/2 star reviews described.
Wait for the food was about 10 mins on a Sunday afternoon. A bit longer than what I would like but itβs still reasonable. Great that food came hot but fries were a little cold and soggy. I would request for an exchange if I was at McDonaldβs but Iβm not here at Jollibee for the fries so I let it slide.
Food tasted great. Pretty consistent with all the other outlets - which is the same great taste. Tender meat with crispy skin.
Despite the small size of the restaurant, there is a hand washing area. Kudos to them for keeping that in.
