Staffs are so slow and very lousy we ordered takeaway chicken with rice when we arrived at our workplace there's no rice in our plastic bag just a chicken. No fork and spoon as well. Wasting of time for workers like me n to go their brach just to get our rice. Please check our orders before you give the orders to the customer. The manager and supervisor for that branch needed proper training for your staffs. All the SOP weren't follow.please improve your service ....

End up the spaghetti does contain ground beef. I was sick for 2 consecutive days. And this branch taste and portion is totally different from the other Jollibee branch.

The menu lack of options compared to Paya Lebar branch is shocking, Bugis is place where there's lots of willing to spend shoppers and tourists visit, so it baffles me why the standard at Bugis Branch is like this. I hope Jollibee at Bugis seriously up their game at such good location.

L	L G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet will ruin the whole brand and here's why. 1. Lousy service 2. Incomplete orders before passsing it to the customers. 3. Cold food (fries,spaghetti that was prep and placed outside the warmer) The gravy taste uncooked ( taste like flour ) 4. Chicken is not the same like the other outlet. 5. Pineapple juice taste like water that added a bit of pineapple taste. At 1st I thought they just give me less spag but it turned out that, 2 of spag wasn't there another thing is it was two meal and they just give us 1 pair of cutlery. The guy wearing black didn't even say sorry, knowing that he's the one prep it. No one dare to say sorry even once for all the mistake they made and ruin our mood. All the sops wasn't followed and I knew itbecause, I worked in jollibee before. You crave for jollibee? Nah, don't go at bugis outlet. It's worse. Go to the other outlet better. ?????? If I can give -5 star I will.

I bought package of 1 Chickenjoy + 1 side ($ 3,75) The chicken skin was so crispy, inside was juicy and so flavourful!! They served it with gravy sauce, kinda similar to mashed potato’s sauce The coleslaw just okayyy

The fried chicken is definitely the best; crispy, moist and absolutely delicious. Don’t miss trying out the spicy ones. ? the only thing I did not like was the gravy.
