Food was absolutly UnderCooked. Waiter took the plate even before we finished the food and put his hand into my drink. I rather travel further to eat Popeye's at a different location

Advertisement says fresh chicken & ?bones are not white but similar to other fast food chicken of dark brown bones. Dried mild Spicy ? chicken. Mala chicken has triple lime sauce topped up spicy chicken. Chicken tenders were tender. ???dried pop corn bits weren’t @ quality due to earlier cooking.

meal was an overall sad ordered a chicken sandwich and the patty was soggy. the bun was hard for some reason. there was a severe lack of sauce. and the fries came cold. drink came with 80% ice. only redeeming point is probably the chilli and the tissues.. although the tissues are thin two stars because i have eaten better from this branch before

very unwelcoming experience by Matthew in charge from bugis branch. ordered 3pcs chicken and i requested to have a leg, breast and thigh. He told me extra $0.50 for choosing parts. where gt such thing. KFC chicaboo and jollybee dont do that. there was no sign of the 0.50cents charge shown anywhere as well. its nt abt the money. its abt customer service which matthew clearly lacks. when i asked for money back he said 3 mnths wait. what nonsense popeyes ! The fries were cold too. Looking forward to JOLLYBEE that is opening soon this month. Popeye just lost a loyal customer...

The food here are nice and delicious. The chicken is juicy and crunchy if you compared to other branches. Im rating here is for the food only. The service and environment um....... can't expect so much from a fast food chain. So better pack it home or back to office and have it peacefully. Cheers.

I first had Popeye when they opened in Changi. I still remember back then I used to bring my kids there or buy back the mashed potato back for them. Today revisited Popeye but Bugis outlet. Taste wise is no longer close to the past. The mashed potato was still ok. Coleslaw was horrible. Tasted so fake. Ordered chicken sandwich which was ok for $8.90. Tried the mala CNY set $10.80. Quiet generous serving but taste wise I think it has deteriorated. ??

Small tight popeyes, the dining area is disjointed from the ordering area. Sometimes the staff are helpful to help open the adjorning glassdoor, other times u have to struggle. This outlet does not have wash basin, which is wierd. Also the outlet feels dirty and understaff to clean and maintain properly.

Very small establishment with has two parts, the main dining area in which an elderly gentleman was constantly keeping things clean and as helpful as he could be due to our language restrictions. The main dining area in wheelchair accessible, however to order you have to go down some steps to another part of the building which makes it unlocked a wheelchair user to order their own food. Hence stars deducted for this. My wife and I both ordered chicken burger meals, however my wife chose the spicy version. When the food was ready, it turned out her spicy burger was in my standard burger packaging and mine was in hers, so my first bite meant I got a spicy burger (which didn’t help my stomach acid problem). Food was fresh though and staff were as friendly as they could be I believe and in the event of needing a fast food meal and in the area, we may consider visiting again. Of course I couldn’t be in my own in my wheelchair-otherwise I couldn’t order.
