ID: Ken Very professional and sincere in his handling of our renovation works. We were in a rush to renovate our house during the end of year school holidays and fortunately we found him. There is a bit lengthy of the overall renovation process but understand there are manpower shortage due to the pandemic. He is a very down to earth ID. Very surprised didn't see any fb review for him. Ken, pls help to work out my master bedroom bathroom quotation and we will definitely engage your service again. Thank again Ken & Yujia!

RE: Poor Workmanship, Design & After Sale Services 1) Kitchen Cabinet - Drawers The Kitchen Drawers designed by Yujia Senior Consultant is way too low, it below the Oven & we have to bend down or kneel down every time we need to get any Forks / Spoons / knife etc. Expect your Senior Design Consultant to have knowledge of these daily simple requirement. As per Yujia advice, I will liaise directly with their Contractor & pay out from my own pockets to get the job done & re-do my Kitchen Cabinet Drawers. Fyi, I do not ask for the Moon & Star, I just expect simple basic design but this ID Co. has disappointed me with the poor layout / design. It will not cost too much money & this show the kind of after sale service I'm getting from CASE "Trusted" ID Co. I will be writing to CASE regarding the so many issues, Poor workmanship & after sale services I'm getting from this Co. 2) Invoice I have made my Final Payment on 7th April 2018 & have been sending many reminders to their staff to send me the Invoice but after more than 6 weeks, I have not received the Invoice till today. I could not understand why it take so long to send me 1 simple Invoice. Another sign of poor after sale service or Co. Management 3) Safe Compartment I have given the safe dimensions long before Reno work started but the Safe Compartment is too small to house my Safe Box. Yujia & Contractor have recommended to remove 1 wooden Panel but I have declined it because I have lost faith with Yujia Co. workmanship. My Master Bedroom wardrobe may be worse off than before. This is another signs of their poor design, planning or lack of supervision on the contractor. Look like I have to buy a New Safe, pay out from my own pocket again & file a small claims thru Small Claim Tribunals - State Court. 4) Service Yard Tap their Senior Consultant has made wrong measurement, shifted the Water Tap (at Service Yard) & the Tap protruding out from the wall. Contractor anyhow paste up the wall & your Senior Consultant just handed over the Renovation without proper touch up. This kind of work is totally below Industry Standard or sub-standard. I have to crack my head, spend lot of time to source for something to cover up the gap on my own. 5) Skirting has Big Gap Yujia contractor has anyhow cut the skirting & result in a big gap which is an eye sore. their Senior Consultant should have inspected all renovation work before handling over the flat & not wait for Flat Owner to do the inspection & point out all these defects. 6) Master Bedroom Basin Bolt Holes Your Contractors did not paste up the holes after removing the Basin & I have to the touch up on my own. 7) Painting There are many areas on the need to touch up (contractor use free hand painting on the Door Frame) & wall clean up. 8) Final Cleaning their cleaners has poured too much water on the Floor (using water hose) that will damage the timber skirting / floor in long term (but we will not see the damage immediately). Yujia Senior Consultant has assured me he will extend the repair at later date instead of telling the cleaners to do cleaning the correct method. Fyi, there are so many other issues, poor workmanship, lack of supervision on their contractor & no inspection on the Renovation / Flat before handling over which I do not expect it from CASE "Trusted" ID Co. I should not have do my own Inspection & all these more than normal number of defects has resulted the hand-over date delay & delay again from the Original date 23rd Mar 2018 to 7th April 2018. Fyi, I do not expect 5 Stars Hotel workmanship but only expect Industry standard. Very Unhappy Customer. Andy
