Working with Dylon from EXQsite to refurbish my HDB flat had been a really pleasant and enjoyable experience. For someone like myself who does not know much about interior design, the designer was very patient in explaining to me about each step of the design process. He did a thorough analysis of my flat space, created an ideal design that solved some movement issues within the space and presented appropriate samples to choose the colors, fabrics and materials. Even during the Covid lockdown, virtual consultations to digital mock-ups of the design was properly set up to ensure no disruption. When I wanted something slightly different from what was presented, he did not skip a beat and always quick to hear my views and come up with the best solution. The final plans were extremely detailed and the whole renovation proceed smoothly. Dylon oversaw end to end from planning , renovation dirty work process, problem solved any issues, and finally delivered a finished space that exceeded expectations. His attention to detail, creativity, knowledge of material and furnishing as well as clear, timely communication made the whole process enjoyable. We would like to commend Dylon for doing a good job of designing our house and overseeing the renovations. His follow through as well as ability to come up with solutions to unforeseen problems after design is top notch. He's also very responsible and provides us updates frequently. We engaged Jaden as we had read good online reviews. Indeed, we were not disappointed. From Day 1 when we first met him, he has a very pleasant personality. He is not pushy but rather consultative. He listens and proactively enhanced our ideas and proposed many more that are practical. He will meticulously explain the different types of materials suitable and recommend places that we can shop at. This greatly solved our headaches. He is very systematic and it allowed my wife and I to be fully aware of what needs to be done. Since we first booked him till project completion, which lasted almost 1 year, he had been very patient especially when it comes to accommodating our schedule due to my wife’s pregnancy and eventually, our newborn. Even after, handing over of key, he continues to be very helpful and answer any of our questions. At the same time, he is always very fast to call us back whenever there is an issue and easily available. His openness to discuss when there are differences is something that we like and this transparency is needed when it was our 1st renovation experience. It had been a wonderful customer service and we highly recommend him if you are looking for an ID.

It has been a pleasant and smooth renovation journey with Jaden as our ID:) His patience and responsiveness to our enquiry left us a good impression of him from the beginning. During the renovation process, we appreciated that he was open to our feedback, and tried his best to meet our expectations. I engaged Angie Tan as my ID through recommendations from my aunt and her friends (*who had prior experience with her) for my first home renovation. Throughout the entire process, she helped to make recommendations on design choices and what would work in practical when certain choices are not viable, and suggest alternatives. She provided me with a general work schedule/sequence from the onstart, as well as timely updates on progress of work being carried out, which is especially helpful when i was busy. Overall, i found she communicate well in terms of work expectations and able to project manage well to make sure work are done properly or rectified where needed. She was also very responsive to answer queries i had and, it was a pleasant working experience with her for the past few months, even throughout Covid period which make schedule planning difficult at times. I would recommend her from my own personal experience, as a responsible ID who helped make my renovation journey a relatively smooth and pain-free experience.

My hubby and i are glad to have chosen our ID, Alfred Yun from ExQsite Interior Design to renovate our home! Alfred puts in great efforts to show us the 3D drawings based on our ideas/inputs after the first meeting and was not pushy. He was patient, attentive to details and forthcoming in the renovation status update. At every stage of the renovation, he will brief us in advance on what’s happening next and if he needs us to be present etc. This is important as it helps to plan our time without compromising on the completion date. When there are feedback on any fixtures not done up properly, he will rectify it immediately. We are very pleased with the end results as our home looks exactly as how we have imagined. The reason Exqsite appealed to us amongst the huge pool of ID firms in Singapore is due to their designer, Verlyn. She is sincerely friendly and approachable and always just a phonecall away regardless of day and time. She goes the extra mile to help us visualise the place, providing 3Ds promptly and efficiently, and welcomed our many ideas and design changes. She was helpful even with the furnitures we were getting. Verlyn is an extremely talented and creative designer, and always giving us the pros and cons of every item and design we were getting. We can ask her ANYTHING, and she'll explain it until we understood fully. Alfred came on board when finalizing quotation. Alfred is a super experienced and talented designer who was supporting our EM renovation alongside Verlyn. He have a really great relationship with the contractors and hence able to ensure quality and remarkable standards of delivery. He is also always taking the initiative to improve the designing and actual work, putting his knowledge and incredible experience to good use. He goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, and is very responsive and great with follow ups. Work was always completed earlier than scheduled, despite the Covid difficulties. Both Verlyn and Alfred goes the extra mile to make our house look perfect! Great after service and NEVER HARDSELL, always finding the best material suited to our budget. Engaged ExQsite Interior Design with ID Alfred for my BTO renovation which was highly recommended by a great friend. The entire procedure went off without a hitch and on schedule. Alfred is usually responsive, and if I'm not sure what I want, he'll try to suggest/advise different options, like as selecting a laminate pattern or selecting a painting color scheme. Alfred will share his experiences, as well as the benefits and cons, before executing. Throughout my reno journey with Alfred from the beginning was such a hassle-free experience that I can trust him to handle everything from start to finish.
